Why We Built This Site
Nebraska permits access to many public records, yet no single office holds the whole history. Boyd County Sheriff creates or maintains its own incident and arrest material, while a receiving jail may keep the booking file because Boyd County has no operating jail. County Court and District Court preserve filed charges and outcomes through Nebraska JUSTICE. The Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division compiles fingerprint-supported Nebraska arrest and disposition data. State prison custody belongs to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, and registration data comes from the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. The site brings those distinct official routes into one clear reference.

An official copy must come from the Boyd County office, Nebraska court, or Nebraska State Patrol unit that maintains the original record.
